£120K+ SOUGHT FOR 1921 SILVER GHOST IN HEREFORDSHIRE SALE

Brightwells catalogue cover car for their upcoming Wednesday 1 December sale at Leominster is a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost. Originally supplied with Landaulette coachwork by Hooper, the 1921-dated chassis was extensively restored during D F Wills ownership 1966/84 when the now open 2-Seater with Dickey bodywork was fitted. £120,000-140,000 is sought. Another significant pre-war, though likely to be rather cheaper, is a 1934 Sunbeam 25hp Limousine, a one owner motor car which has been off the road for the last 40 years and requires sympathetic restoration by somebody with £12,500-14,500.
